Kinh Lac (July 2022 - July 2023)

• Took initiative to organize and plan the agenda for the event
• Remotely direct a Vietnamese embroidery event for 100 participants
• Successfully bridged the gap between traditional artisans and modern audiences, generating measurable public interest in cultural crafts

Result

I gained insights into Vietnam's embroidery industry and its growth challenges, inspiring me to deepen my supply chain knowledge to better support businesses in the sector.

Nhip Cau Sinh Ngu (Feb 2023 - Oct 2023)

• Committed to teaching 30 children in underserved remote areas, taking on responsibility for their English language development.
• Built meaningful relationships with students, going beyond curriculum to understand their personal challenges and family circumstances.
• Created age-appropriate lesson plans that broke down complex grammar concepts into digestible modules for students with no prior English exposure.

Result

Created a foundation for students to access English-language educational resources and online content. Students progressed from minimal English vocabulary to completing structured grammar exercises independently.

Up program (April 2023)

• Active collaborator managing a team of 15 members to support communications for the UP project.
• I also optimized content and engagement strategies to increase the reach and visibility of posts, successfully attracting more attention and support for the project

Result

I embraced the principles of servant leadership and successfully led my team toward a shared goal. This experience laid the foundation for my leadership style.

Volunteer to help children with harship

• Coordinated multiple support activities simultaneously—library organization, meal distribution, and facility maintenance
• Provided hands-on support to overwhelmed teachers by organizing and cleaning the school library
• Built meaningful connections with children through daily interactions during food distribution and school maintenance

Won talent show

• Won the first prize of talent show hosted by the school
• Won the first place in the Music and arts festival hosted by the school
